Cloudfront prevents opening my app (not a cache problem)

Today one of my clients started to be unable to open my app. He gets this error: “Your browser was unable to load some necessary resources”

I’ve seen this before (here and here) and guided the client to clear the cache but didn’t work. I personally went there and the situation is the following:

  • other devices can open my app
  • the device havig a problem is an ipad with iOS 12 (cannot upgrade as it’s an old device)
  • I cleared the cache of the browser Safari but didn’t work
  • we initialized the ipad to make sure everithing is clean but didn’t work
  • we tried to connect the ipad to different networks (also my personal hotspot) but didn’t work.
  • I also tried to add the following paramenters ?bubble_no_third_party_plugin=true&bubble_safe_mode=true but nothing
  • the same ipad has been able to open the app for the last year and up to this morning.
  • I haven’t changed the app in the last weeks

Does anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance.
