CSV Upload in the preview mode/Live Mode

Hi,

As per my knowledge, we can upload the CSVs in Design mode via .

Is there any way to upload the CSVs in the preview mode through pages? so that a user can upload the data in Bulk to the Database instead of one-by-one through input fields.

It would be great if we can Implement this.Could solve most of the Problems in uploading the data in bulk by the user.
