Possible to Download Data as CSV and Get List of Things Field?

I’m using the Download as CSV workflow but I can only get unique IDs when there’s a list of things. How can I get another field?

Example: I want to download a list of users, and one column shoul be a list of friends for that user. I want the list of freinds to be “names” not “unique ID”
