I want to create a drag-and-drop movable PopupWindow. Can someone show me how to create it or with plugin I need to install.

We don’t support this. We’ll look into adding draggable stuff when we’ll push for native apps more (right now it’s early beta). Till then, not sure we have a good solution there.
