Floating Window similar to the Property Editor

Is it possible to create a floating window that can be dragged around my app, similar to how tht Property Editor works? It’s not a true floating window wrt the OS, but within my app it could function as one.

Sure… it’s simple using the Bubble draggable elements plugin as suggested by @cmarchan

Here’s a simple example:

Thank you @cmarchan and @adamhholmes. I’ve used that plugin before but only for repeating groups. I didn’t realize it could be used in this way. Thanks!
