I’ve been trying to think of a solution but am all out of ideas… wondering if anyone has done this before or if it’s even possible?
I’m looking to do something similar to what Teeming does with a floating window that is movable across the page (also similar to what Bubble does in the editor):
I know Zeroqode has a plugin that lets you move objects on the page. I don’t know that it would let you drag it with your mouse though. Sorry, lol. That’s all the help I am on it
There’s a free plugin built by Bubble called Draggable Elements.
Not used it myself but did read some posts here on the forum about it and I think it does what you’re after.
Thanks. I’ve used the Draggle Elements before, but is only useful for Kanban type boards or
Lists. I’m looking to have a window that will be able to be moved freely across the screen similar to the bubble editor pop out.
Sorry for the late answer @lantzgould , a little earthquake shake the country, we lost internet for a time.
I did it Draggable plugin + Floating group.
As a matter of fact, like my other workarounds, this is a bit flawed
If you’re going to use this technique, you have to pray to the Buble gods not to repair it. (don’t worry I don’t report )
In fact, bugs must be of two different species, just like in nature. Such as harmful cockroaches and useful bees.
You probably tried it and thought you didn’t work because of your editorial behavior, so I thought so, then I decided there was nothing else to lose from trying.
I just put the draggable group into the floating group and it worked.
@lantzgould I used the standard draggable element for Teeming - just add a draggable element to the page and you can move it around freely. No need for drop zones.
