About transferring my plan

I paid for a plan on the wrong app on the account I use at my university and would like to know if I can transfer the plan to the other app

There is no native way to do this. You need to cancel the app subscription and contact Bubble support if it has been less than 24 hours since you subscribed. They will likely refund you in credits that you can use to subscribe to the other app, or they might simply transfer the subscription to the other app for you. They may also provide a courtesy refund (not very likely, but possible) to your credit card if you explain the situation in detail (if that is your desire).

I contacted them through their support e-mail, but they said they couldn’t transfer my plan, so my last resort was cancelling my plan through the app. Do you think that my credit card will get charged for it?

If you signed up for the 14-day free trial, then you will not be charged if you canceled. If the card has not been charged yet, you can remove it from Bubble by contacting the support team.

If the card has already been charged and your plan became unusable for an entire month because it’s on the wrong application, you can contact support and explain your situation. They will likely refund you in Bubble credits or provide a courtesy refund to your card.
