Hi Bubble Community
We’re facing an issue with our Bubble app where access from a specific high school is being restricted. Our app is designed for use at the school level, and during peak usage times, multiple users from the same school (likely sharing a single IP address) access the app simultaneously.
Here’s what’s happening:
• Only one specific school experiences access restrictions during high-traffic periods.
• We suspect this is due to Cloudflare or Bubble interpreting the traffic as a DDoS attack and blocking the IP address.
• The issue doesn’t occur for other schools or networks.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues? If so:
1. How did you confirm whether this is due to rate-limiting or DDoS protection?
2. What solutions or adjustments worked for you to resolve the problem?
3. Are there any best practices for managing high traffic from shared IP addresses in Bubble?
We’d appreciate any insights or advice on how to address this problem. Thanks in advance for your support!
