User IP Blocked

Hi,

Thank you for all help received so far. It has been prompt replies and quick fixes.

Our site went live to US community colleges and 4 year colleges in the last 2 days who have started filling their profiles. I heard from one community college their IP is blocked from accessing our site at gsm-apply.com, Many others could get in - first issue we heard. This is a US public community college so should not be any issue. How do we deal with this? I think bubble uses Cloudflare? How can I get IPs unblocked?

Weird… I’ve never experienced any IP ban on Bubble

I have asked the user to give me any error message. She just said she is blocked. California community college. Might be their internal firewall?
