We recently released the Simple Invoices template. By simply copying and pasting a few workflows and elements from the free template, you can add a custom PDF invoice generator to your own app.

The Simple Invoices template uses PDF Potion, a Bubble PDF solution we also built. You currently get 50 free PDFs for month with PDF Potion. There are paid plans for users who want to generate a larger number of PDFs.

Hello! Can we use this plugin/template to generate invoice of the stripe marketplace plugin checkout session? If someone wants a unified invoice design for online/offline payment.
Hi @ubaidziad, I know we discussed this via email, but just wanted to follow up here for anyone else that comes across this in the future.
It is not recommended to use PDF Potion to create PDFs of actual Stripe Checkout Sessions (whether it’s one created by our Stripe Connect - Marketplace plugin or any other Stripe Checkout Session).
HOWEVER, it is definitely possible to design an invoice in Bubble and then automatically create a new PDF of that invoice when a payment has been made via a Stripe Checkout Session.
You could do something like the following:
- Design a PDF of an invoice in a separate page of your app
- Set up a Stripe Webhook to notify Bubble when a Stripe Checkout Session has been completed
- Run a backend workflow to create the PDF
