Add ´other´ - option to dynamic radiobutton input

I am trying to build a radiobutton in which three options are a date using the dynamic data option. However, in case this data still doesn´t fit my client´s schedule, he or she needs to be able to select the option other.

How could I incorporate this option into a radiobutton while at the same time using dynamic data as well:

My radiobutton should look like this, with the following types:

Button 1: Date/time
Button 2: Date/time
Button 3: Date/time
Button 4: Text (Other)

You can use this same approach, but for radio button instead of dropdown.
