Adding hyperlink to a shape

I’m using a shape in my repeating group and I’m attempting to add a (dynamic) hyperlink to it.
The only way that I managed to link it is via Workflow.

The problem is when hovered over the shape, it doesn’t show the link to the visitor, nor does it allow them to open it in a new tab if they wish.

Is there a (relatively easy) way to get around this issue?

Use a Link element with no text and transparent colors.

Place it on top of the shape

That should do the trick
