What is the best uploader to provide users to upload images to edit and resize

@JohnT Well, I think yes (I don’t remember actually, my colleagues used it long time back)
Do you know how i can have users upload an image by clicking an icon? essentially, if said icon is clicked it would engage image uploader? Right now it doesn’t seem to work.
