All my builds disappeared

Hey everyone,

Something really strange happened today. When I tried to open my app, I got the “Please update your app on the App Store” message — but when I checked my Bubble Editor, all my previous builds were gone. It looked like every single build had been deprecated or wiped.

Because of that, I had to create and deploy a brand new build, then submit it again to the App Store for approval. Right now, my live app is completely stuck on the update screen, meaning none of my users can access it until Apple finishes reviewing and approves this new version.

To make matters worse, this afternoon I received a 1-star review from a user complaining that the app is stuck on the update screen and no new version is available on the App Store.

This is really, really frustrating, it essentially locked out my entire user base overnight.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?

Hey, quickest way is to send a support ticket in your app with the app id. The team can look into it and get back to you.

@adrianofiuzajr yes please file a bug report as the support team can look into what happened with your live versions and bring any that were deleted back online within 14 days if need be. I’m assuming you are on a paid mobile plan?

@nick.carroll Yes, I’m on paid plan. Apple just approved the new build, so it should be all good now, but it was really weird and frustrating all my builds desappearing like that.

@webziper.team oof, not good - do you mind filing a bug report so we can look into this? same with you @adrianofiuzajr to see if there are any similarities

I reported as a bug, but a quick fix from my site was to generate an OTA which fixed my problem for the moment.
