Allow Users to Build Customizable Forms

Hi,

I am trying to allow my users (who are vendors) to create customizable forms (questionnaires, templates and the like) on my app. Is there any way I can go about doing this?

Yes, maybe a little bit complex with drag and drop plugin feature.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll give it a try.

D&D is a great feature, but it’s not necessary to build a customisable form.

I would go for it like that:

  1. Create a Form Object
  2. Create Question Object (with all the necessary info in it)
  3. Create all the other Question Objects
  4. Add them all as a list fo the primary Form Object

Voila - you can now display the list of the type Question of This Form’s Questions.
You can create as many Forms and Questions in it as you need to.

If you need to change\modify those - you need to create a interface (buttons, inputs) with workflows that will allow you to create\edit\delete questions from that form.

Makes sense?
