Regardless of how impractical it may be, Bubble must account for their rollouts (proper QA!), outages, miscalculated WUs, and fu!!ups (as well as reimburse their customers - no waiver garbage).
The culture of the company seems to be to just go silent or provide some postmortem with some excuse → that is not enough, and Bubble’s previously loyal customers won’t accept that.
(@fede, I am not criticizing what you said or attacking the messenger; I am simply expressing concern about a systemic issue with a software I used to love).

How do we connect with the success team?
With regards to “sharing internally” my concerns - .
What is required is :
a succinct but accurate description of the error that has occurred.
the extent to which data has been compromised
an assurance that we are not legally required to inform our users of a data leak, if we have built our own terms of service by referencing the Bubble term of service.
Points one and two are needed for each individual developer to assess what they are required to do under the privacy laws of the countries and regions they do business in.
For the record. I am not frustrated. I am concerned that the clock is ticking on advising my clients of a data breach.
Back in 2007, Salesforce accidentally leaked all their customer and prospect data by letting staff log in from internet cafe’s ( not a great security protocol). Salesforce waited 6 months before admitting to the leak (and only after the Washington Post broke the story). In the wake of that incident new laws were put in place that require companies to alert their customers by certain deadlines when a data leak has occurred.

I sent you a message and also posting here to make sure you get a notification asap. Please send an email to support@bubble.io and someone from the team will pick the ticket up right away to look into this
Can you create a new topic and also share screenshots of your data source for your image? Might be more helpful than posting here if you haven’t already done so.
