API not working on live version

Having issues with getting data from the intercom API. the API call is setup correctly and runs fine in the version test. but when deployed it seems to run into an error on the live version.

The service Intercom - Conversation just returned an error (HTTP 404). Please consult their documentation to ensure your call is setup properly. Raw error:

I’ve checked the API call many times and it works fine on the version test.
anyone else having a similar issue?
