API (recursive) workflow not working as before - no changes on our side

We have a relatively complex app that relies on recursive scheduled API workflows. Since around one week ago, it seems data is not being passed from the front-end schedule action to the API workflow. We have a list field on the user (“proposalcreation” - a list of "Look"s) that used to pull through no problem. Now the list of Looks seem to be empty in the API workflow. However, the count for the iteration is sometimes accurate … it’s very inconsistently buggy which I’m hoping means it’s not an ‘us’ problem. This is affecting core functionality of our app. We haven’t deployed anything new on our end and before 26th Feb everything was working fine.

Anyone else seeing unexpected behaviours like this with recursive / API workflows?

A recursive workflow is not working and this is creating a giant problem for me.

The workflow was working without any changes for a long time.

Same issue here, NO Changes done in the tool for over a week now, but since last thursday recurring workflows are not working properly. Opened a ticket on Friday, but support seems not effective, no definite answer or reply from them, very FRUSTRATING as no changes were done by us and the tool simply stopped WORKING! This has a massive impact in our business.
