App only showing white screen on Live?

Is bubble down? My app is only displaying a white screen on page load and we haven’t pushed any updated in the past week. So far this only seems to be affecting our live branch, all dev branches are working as normal.

This started just a few minutes ago. Where can I see where updated were pushed to bubble?

Our app is loading but some s3 images aren’t. I suspect some sort of performance degradation or maybe even a bug in a release.

My live app is loading ok, but pages in Bubble editor only show a white screen with 100+ issues. Plugin page is also gone… :grimacing:

could you all please submit a report with the support team?

One of my Bubble applications also displays live white screens. But it works in debug_mode and on staging.

I have filed a report, but it should be noted that one reason people come on the forums to complain is that support tickets rarely get resolved in a timely manner, if at all. Putting on the forums at least gets the attention of the bubble team.

My app crashed too! I only see a white screen both live and in development.

It is very disappointing, as the load time increased significantly in last 3 days, and now it is completely gone. And the support is telling me they do not encounter any latency.

My app is also a blank screen! Help please!

Same here, live and dev with a white screen and the links to report bugs are not working.

The run_js file on our app is 301 redirecting to another Bubble app’s file, called floralist.life. So the window cannot load the contents.

Same here, “too many redirects” to the “floralist.life” .
We have no association to this website, never heard of it.

HEAR ME OUT

My app is dead for almost a week (several demos with VCs canceled… huge business impact on my startup). After 3 to 10 clicks (actions/events - even the simplest ones with one-step flow); it’s FREEZING for 2 to 3 minutes, sometimes with an error message, sometimes it will run the action at the end without the error message.

You got several tickets, videos and all other relevant data…

Please take this problem under the scope with urgency.

Fun fact - app is working OK under AGENCY account, but is DEAD under paid GROWTH plan…
