hey folks, had this rejection, i cant replicate the issue on any device amongst our testers, despite deleting the app and trying again and told apple this with an accompanying video. They replied with a rejection saying it may work in your test environment but if it doesnt work for us then that doesnt mean anything. my question is, if we cant replicate this in our testing environment how do we fix the issue? do we just make a small change that doesnt change any functionality and reapply?

Test the app on supported devices to identify and resolve bugs and stability issues before submitting for review.
If the bug cannot be reproduced, try the following:
- For new apps, uninstall all previous versions of the app from a device, then install and follow the steps to reproduce.
- For app updates, install the new version as an update to the previous version, then follow the steps to reproduce.
