On the published version, are you using your app’s live database credentials?
Yes, and it works fine when I enter the correct password, but if I enter an incorrect password, the popup doesn’t show up and then the app if stuck.

Anyone else having issues with this on their testflight or published app? (it is only when entering incorrect credentials)
Yesss, experiencing this same thing too just tried to get my app published to testflight
For me, its throwing up a temporary error alert too
Been rejected twice
I opened a ticket for this but haven’t heard back from the Bubble team yet. @nick.carroll anything you could do to help us out? This is a big blocker if several apps are rejected on the app store. Thank you!
When did you submit the bug report?
7 days ago, I just got an answer that it was sent to the engineering team
Gotcha, found it. This one has been easy to reproduce - we are looking into it asap
+1 same here
Hi, I found that it also is an issue when people sign up and enter an incorrect pwd or pwds that don’t match. On the BubbleGo app, it shows the popups, but on the testflight or apple store app, it doesn’t and then make the app completely unresponsive
BubbleGo app popups that don’t show up on testflight / applestore app:
+1 ive reported this issue too a while ago, to make things worse on published apps it locks the screen so the user does not know what to do when they type wrong password @nick.carroll
