Hi, some users are seeing the app Update screen, that too one very First download.
Uninstall and install doesn’t works also.
I don’t know what to do, please help.

You mentioned updating a fix, doesn’t seem to have it fixed yet.
Also the icons are not loading every time.
You probably deprecated your latest live build by mistake, and your most recent builds aren’t yet deployed to the App Store. Check the versions that’s downloadable from the AppStore and make sure it’s in your list of active builds
All this is good. Have the same version in both bubble and console app release.
The app is running for some people and not for some.
And these are new users, downloading first time.
Every other download shows update app.
What is the latest live version? An OTA or a new build?

The version live on Bubble is the same in the Play console.
I am currently in the closed testing period,
Of the 15 users only 7 have working apps,
Rest 8 are seeing Update screen even after repeated refresh and uninstall/install.
When did you release the build version and when did you release the OTA?
Same day. I released the build version, which went live and i was able to download and use it,
Then shipped some minor changes via ota.
My Testing user base, who received the link to download app for the first time,
Are still getting update app issue.
I have checked the version shown on their side, it’s the same.
Still issue occurring.
Sorry what day did you ship those upgrades? Before or after I made my announcement?
After, on 23rd.
