Appearing Text elements

How do I make text elements appear when you scroll through the page?
I need text elements at different points down the page to animate into view like as you see on some professional websites is this possible??? (Hope I explained it well)

I’ve already tried conditions and workflows but cant seem to get it right please help!

Use the condition, When the current page scrolling position is let’s say 500. You may show and animate the element based on your requirements

There is no way to animate it when it is a condition
