My client wants to automate information filling up / populate the pdf with data that the User will enter in our Bubble Web App.
Problem is, we are dealing with Encyrpted PDFs from a Government website.
We tried flattening the encrypted PDF(removing security and features) and re-create the fillable forms alongside a barcode (the original pdf generates barcode)
But this was rejected by the government portal.
What else do you think we can do here?
