Is it possible to have an auto generated profile picture once you sign up to an app it will have the first letter of your username

You can set a default image on your profile picture data field, but it won’t be customized to the user’s username. One thing you can do is use an alphabet image plugin (there’s at least one free one), and use the following condition on the image where the profile picture is shown:
When: User’s profile picture is empty
Data source = Alphabet image’s image
That way, the alphabet image will be shown as the image source when the user doesn’t have a profile picture.
