Backend workflows freezing or timing out commonly as of recent


Wanted to check to see if anyone else has noticed odd behavior with backend workflows recently; as of about a week ago several of my backend workflows which have been working well for over a year have not been completing all the way through, one of the workflow items seems to have a chance of timing out, prevent the rest of the actions after it from working.

Is there any way to allow a workflow action to skip over itself if it times out rather than stop the entire workflow altogether?

The same thing just happened to me and looking for an answer as well…

I found the “scheduler” on “pause task”. so if it says “Resume tasck” you have to press it so it can say Pause task. I just don’t know how it got trigger. Hope this helps!
