After months of development during nights and weekends, I’m proud to announce that my built-on-Bubble SaaS application, Benchmark HQ, is launched in beta! Benchmark HQ helps you understand your SaaS company’s performance so that you can make better business decisions. We help you in three key areas:
1. Know your SaaS metrics. We calculate your SaaS metrics to provide you with an end-to-end understanding of your business, including: growth, customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and profitability.
2. Benchmark your metrics. Interpret your metrics by comparing to SaaS industry benchmarks for companies similar to yours. We enable this by crowd-sourcing the most comprehensive database of private SaaS metric benchmarks out there (from public surveys and companies just like yours).
3. Operationalize your metrics. Define business owners, set goals, iterate, test, and ultimately grow your company.
