How is everyone providing a way for their beta users to provide testing feedback? Is it as simple as asking them to write down issues and emailing them to you? Do you have a particular system you follow?

That’s the only way I can think of too, but I was curious if anyone uses a more sophisticated system. 
I haven’t gone down this route yet…but I was considering before wide-release, having a button for feedback that pops up a form on each page. I would capture the page they’re in so I know where they’re at when they send it. I imagine a more sophisticated way to approach this would be to incorporate a screenshot-based plugin so if they’re talking about UI issues you would see what they see.
