Blur effect when page scroll below nav bar

Hi,

I was looking around at the showcases on the Bubble website to get some inspiration. I noticed a cool effects on the site of Think Confluent.

Just wondering: Is this doable in plain Bubble or is a tiny part of code or a plugin in place?
