What happens with my branches when i downgrade my plan?
Can I still access them later when i upgrade the plan again?

The answer is “YES”
I tried it out, it you still have access to the branches in THIS App. You have to upgrade again to reactive them.
If you make a copy of your App, you have the copied App without the branches.
