Those are all data related. Not much likely your prompt could do to not have this happen other than trying to specify clearly for the correct data mapping to take place and whether or not a specific data field should be related to another and if it’s a list or single value. Things bubble AI should do on its own anyway.

I’m not sure, I’ve never tried the AI builder and most AI builder users do not look in forum for answers so it’s hard to know how wide spread the issue is
I only used it a couple of times and both times there were 20+ errors. So yeah.
