Bubble app is down - Anyone else?

Anyone else experiencing that their app is down?

It’s been 2 hours that my app is down.

My clients and I doesn’t have any issue. Can you share your link? Also, did you do a hard refresh?

If the issue continue, send a support request.

Barely any workflows running and very low traffic. Still at 100% capacity. With highest Bubble plan (14 capacity units)

… Bubble doesn’t use Capacity units anymore. Are you on dedicated server? If yes, you should reach your account manager…

I’m on a legacy plan. I’ve paid a year in advance.

I guess you will need to reach support. Can you check what is running that can bring your app to max capacity? Maybe a backend workflow that is running in loop? Try to pause scheduled workflow to see if this help.

It’s not an app related problem. It’s a platform issue, probably for apps on legacy plans.

have you submitted a bug report about this yet?

All the apps I work on are up and running, including a Team plan one. The bubble status website reported an major outage today but it’s reported as solved. So I believe that if you’re still facing issues it’s better to send a suport request/bug report!

I’ve submitted a bug report with no response yet. The app is working now. The app was down for 2 hours. It happens from time to time. Sometimes once a week, sometimes once a month. It seems that apps on legacy plans report the capacity incorrectly as 100% and stop working when something unrelated happens on the server.
