Issues regarding loading & keeps going down - is anyone else experiencing this?

There seems to be an issue and my app keeps going down, Externally Measured Latency seems to have spiked massively today, is this causing the issue?

Im surprised ihavent seen anyone mention anything.
My app is spiking to 100% capcaity every like 20mins and then crashing to 0%

The app isn’t loading the database, keeps going down. HELP!

Yep causing issues with loading and even backend workflows running. Btw pretty sure when these spikes happen in the backend it will state ‘app busy’ and wont execute scheduled backend workflows, pretty serious I’d say if true.

Same here, having been having issues all morning. Live site is pretty much unusable. Saying that I’m constantly hitting capacity with no change in traffic or build. Have submitted a bug report but it’s out of their bug reporting hours…

Checking the logs, pretty sure scheduled APIs will misfire due to the app being ‘busy’

I really don’t understand why these events aren’t getting reported on the status page when they happen, it makes me lose trust in Bubble massively!

The average external latency from the past day or two is around 300, its just peaked at 8,211, thats around a 2637% increase. Surely thats enough to flag an issue on the reporting page?

you would think so wouldn’t you? As usual, we need to use our own detective skills and just sit here watching an app busy banner, whilst some are asleep it seems.

But for this service, I am expected to pay $659 per month on the new plans, up from $142 per month. Hmm I think it’s time to look at moving before the forced price increase in October next year.

If you haven’t done so already, you all should submit bug reports, and it can’t hurt to tag @bubble.

It seems to be solved now, but why has nothing been mentioned anywhere, I lost around 90 minutes of the app being busy for something that was apparently not there.

Always file your bug reports as suggested by @mikeloc

Also why do people post capacity graphs but not the drill downs? How’s looking at a time graph gonna help find out the WHY of the problem.

Peak again for me.
For people looking for detail, application that has been running for 3 years and without any recent changes and with the same number of users.
Basically no variation of use on my side so not much to say …

Because its just a quick way to show to see if people are experiencing the same thing?
for everyone that looks into thread to determine if their app is acting the same, and if its their fault or a bubble.io hosting problem.
