This issue has been intermittent and well documented on the forum, but the TLDR is you can’t shouldn’t use Bubble’s shared email as SendGrid (the email provider) keeps disabling it.
The solution is simple, and is well detailed here. You need to add your own API key to the email settings in Bubble:
