Reached out and let Bubble know two of my branches disappeared about an hour ago. The response I got back was:
" Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I’ve confirmed that other users are experiencing this behaviour, and our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
Our team will be in touch directly once it is resolved. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any additional questions."
Two weeks of work just disappeared the day of an investor meeting. UGH.
UPDATE:
Just got another customer service message.
“Our engineers are continuously working on this, I’d recommend not making any changes for now - we’ll update you soon once they’ve fully pushed a fix for this.”
Luckily I have my last preview URL saved and it is working, hopefully that will be enough to get me through my meeting. But seriously loosing branches site wide is a pretty big deal.

“There was an error deploying your app: Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!”
sorry for the delay. Just adding here that the team investigated the bug and deployed a fix. The branches weren’t deleted, so it should all be back to normal now
