Bubble forum clone

Hello,

I have recently come across a website which is using the same forum as this forum layout. Everything looks exactly the same minus the bubble logo. Does anyone know if this is an open template available online? Or is bubble using a 3rd party forum? I can give the website out to any bubble staff if you PM me if interested. Otherwise I rather keep it anonymous.

The website I saw it on is a very shady site dealing with illegal online activities. Thought it would have been something bad because of their reputation.
