I’m a small sacred / conscious retail business owner in Australia looking for an experienced Bubble developer for a focused project.
Core Feature (Most Important):
Each product has two custom fields: “Reorder At” (trigger point) and “Reorder Quantity”.
Button: “Generate Purchase Order” → user selects a supplier (e.g. Wonder Imports).
The app automatically pulls every product from that supplier where Current Stock ≤ Reorder At, and adds the exact Reorder Quantity.
Clean preview → one-click creates a draft Purchase Order inside Shopify’s native PO section.
Other Requirements:
Clean, calm, spiritual aesthetic (soft, grounding colours)
Shopify stock sync (sales automatically reduce stock)
Support for 8000+ products and 40+ suppliers
Bulk import option for initial setup
PDF export + email PO option
Budget: $1,200 – $2,200 one-time (including testing & 2–3 rounds of revisions)
Timeline: Ideally start within the next 2–4 weeks.
