would like to let bubble know that they been having a lot of spikes and everytime they have those spikes my customers are unable to load pages please fix it , and now they dont even report it
Dealing with major issues today, too. Crazy slow loading, or data just not loading at all, and the Bubble status page shows no issues. Our customers aren’t very happy, I can tell you that much.
I started a support ticket a few hours ago, but no response yet.
checking with the team
This is happening a little too often at the moment…
Occurring for my app and customers as well a couple of times today
its been happening all day
Team has identified what was causing the latency spikes, working on it
Thanks!
still not working
still customers unable to load pages and you already marked as resolved
Yeah, my app has been extremely slow today and even ran into bugs.
any time frame my app keeps loading and customers unable to load anything ???
team deployed a fix pretty much at the same time you commented this. Are you still experiencing issues?
the whole time yes spike went down but all pages were just loading and loading and around this time is where my app gets the majority of traffic people rely on that and for almost an hour while you were having spikes page kept loading and had hundreds of calls of customers upset , are you going to have the same issue sthat you had long time ago , when every single day you have issues?
I’m sorry that you had a bad experience today. The team has done a lot of work to improve reliability but now and then we will still run into issues. Hoping it won’t happen again for a long long while
while i do have a big issue with bubble having this downtimes frequently , i do think that you are always on top of things trying to keep us informed, i had a horrible day dealing with all the problems and a lot of customers upset , but you did a good job keeping us informed, Thanks
I am not 100% sure this is related, but I just got an email from Bubble after this post was considered resolved saying “we have had to temporarily block deletions in your app again due to further infrastructure problems it was causing”
This was after an earlier email I got from Bubble that said “We are not focusing on resolving this yet because there are workarounds (outlined below) and we have more urgent tickets on our docket.” Unfortunately this email was responding to the support ticket that I submitted that was an issue where I can’t even delete 50 records without getting the below error. This was just from the editor data tab selecting the first 50 records showing from the view I had and trying to delete them. I have also tried to use a bulk workflow to delete one by one and that also ends up timing out.
So in response to my issue about deleting, they send me that email with “workarounds” but the workarounds and the context of their solution was all about the limitations Bubble has with Searching heavy data types. But my issue is NOT with searching, but simply trying to delete records.
I only seem to have this issue with one data type that is just over 1 Million records total and does have quite a number of fields, but the task is ONLY to delete them. Not sure what is going on with this one data type that deleting is causing these errors and possibly causing instability within the cluster?
I don’t know what their process is on the backend to actually delete records, but need some help resolving this.
I am also concerned that they can remove my ability to delete records, which is a very core function. They also have previously restricted my ability to run Bulk actions as they thought that was causing instability in their cluster as well.
It is a bit concerning to rely on Bubble and have live customers/users when certain core functionality can be immediately stopped by them without any consent or collaboration.
thanks for sharing @maw , the team told me they’ll take a deeper dive into things in the morning with everyone back online (not just the on-call team) and figure out how to get past this
Still having issues, on Safari in particular right now. This is when trying to use a search bar element that’s set to geo locations. After typing in a city name and hitting “enter,” nothing shows in the autocomplate, nothing happens on page, and I see this:
This isn’t happening on Chrome or Opera, only Safari.
Sam, this is most likely unrelated to the other issue discussed in this topic.
If you search for that error message you can find other users in the past that have run into this. Have you tried the support bot as well?
