I stopped receiving Bubble platform incident notifications. It seems to have started around the beginning of June.
I contacted Bubble support, and they claim it’s working, and yet I know of at least a couple other folks who are affected as well. There have been 6 incidents so far this month, and I’ve been notified zero times.
I’m just trying to get a sense of the impact, so if you’ve also stopped receiving notifications, please like this post so I can get back to Bubble with a better idea of how widespread the issue is.
I’m not sure what I’m looking at there, but I subscribed via SMS a long time (as in years) ago, and it’s worked reliably ever since - until recently. I’ve subscribed via other channels (besides SMS) as well, and no notifications since at least the beginning of June.
Since Bubble claims it’s working, it doesn’t seem to be an Atlassian issue; so I’m trying to get a sense of how many others might be affected. (It’s impacting an integration I set up.)

@lindsay_knowcode, I see now that’s your email inbox. I subscribed via SMS. However, I also see that you don’t seem to have any notifications past the end of May either.
Yeah, I haven’t received an SMS status notification from status.bubble.io in a long time. I just went there and tried to resubscribe my mobile number again, but it says I’m already subscribed. So, something probably isn’t working as intended there.
