Need someone who can give about 1 hour a day to train me to how to use bubble. I have been watching YouTube tutorials but still I need help in many areas and that can be only be done through personalised learning.

There is an official Bubble Coaching page you can check out. There is a variety of prices for different budgets. Might not work with your budget though. You can try maybe once a week, you would be surprised on how much you can learn though.

You have to write Bubble as a partner under the partnership section
I would recommend going through Gregory John’s introductory course.
Once completed you can complete one of the “How to clone” apps and get it reviewed by a someone.
I always coach this way. It costs more per hour but you only need 2 or 3 sessions

He helped me when I was first starting out with bubble and seriously saved me months of stress and time, it was so valuable 
His help in understanding bubble basics helped me then land a job as a bubble developer and I now run a small agency.
Definitely look him up
