Dear Bubble team, just wondering if there are any plans to upgrade the native bubble table element. Sticky column or row, pagination, search… there’s still a few QoL updates you could do to make it truly great.
Fingers crossed

Hi! Keeping track of this thread since I’ll be publishing a table element soon via a plugin with all these capabilities
Hey M, sticky rows are already there:
But sticky columns and the possibility for the user to set (and save) the order of the columns would be so useful.
I wish Bubble had an open source program for some of their elements so that we could fork their native elements and / or push updates to them (after team approval).
Another thing I would love to do is to be able to create plugins that hook on to existing objects. Like
... number: formatted using JS's Internalization: as currency ...
Thanks for that, yea, I’m baffled as to why rows was bestowed with such a talent, but not columns. Are they column averse?
This is such a wonderful idea I salivate at the thought, but alas, Bubble tends to a closed garden. I don’t see this happening anytime soon.
Bear in mind that that the repeating rows scroll to the top of the overall table element–i.e., not jsut to the bottom of the sticky row. (Fortunately, they do scroll behind the sticky row.) So, it’s necessary to set a non-transparent background for the top row or each of its cells.
