Exactly @Sarah_Esteve, I removed the API Connector plugin. It would seem there is more to this crashing thing.
Oh wow great catch. We’ll look into into Monday. Probably an easy fix!
In my case nothing has changed… I didn’t have a crash before… Only problems with login. After logging in with Google it brings me back to the home of bubble go instead of the home of my app…
in my case bubble go does not start at all. I never even had a chance to see the initial splash screen so I never logged in.
I’m confused
How are you guys using the API connector in your mobile apps ?
If I want to add an API connector action in my frontend workflows, nothing is available under the “plugins” tab
The only use of the API connector I found available is when using the “get data from external API”
Your api call must be set as ACTION not DATA @thibautranger
Haha, certainly not… I’m relying 100% on APIs…
This worked for me. Created a new branch and removed the API connector and this let me run that branch in bubblego without crashing. @nick.carroll is there a fix for this?
@mahir.faleel, there must be more to the issue with BubbleGo Android. Two weeks now since, and I’m sure @nick.carroll and team are still giving it a push. Unsurprisingly, I tried testing someone else’s published Bubble Native Android version, and it’s also crashing. Robust testing is key.
yep, we are working on a fix for this this sprint. Appreciate the patience while we work through these!
hey hey @nick.carroll do we have a schedule on this ? thx
We will be looking at this specific issue this week / early next week
Any hope of duly closing this?
bumping this.
the app is still 100% broken and doesn’t even start. it crashes before the splash screen. the last update of the app was a month ago. it would be nice to test on android…
Yeah, i love it because its not like I’d need to test anything while building the app. I only want to test how it works natively AFTER uploading the finished app.
same…
New version in review, will update y’all when its been approved for testing by Google
great! thanks for letting us know ![]()
Hmm, just updated mine @nick.carroll. Not sure if anything changed. Clicks simply won’t work. Maybe time to change my android phone? Kindly check again for us
