Built in Login Page prefill

I’m having issue when using the login page prebuilt by Bubble where it doesn’t save and prefill the user login, even though they check the save box. I did modify the screen slightly, a I have it not bringing up the signup page, as that doesn’t apply in my user case. Any suggestions on where to look for this?
