Hello,
I am noticing that a button can not be perfectly circular if its under 45px even with roundness of 100, it looks like minimum width is 45px, but height is adjustable!
Am I missing something?

The radius is expressed in degrees, not percentages. Try increasing the roundness value

Make your text Centered, remove any padding or spaces in the text. Then you will have a true circle.

Oh sorry… You are using a button I bet.
Change it to a TEXT element. Then just make it look however you want.
That will fix you up.
