Button that does not appear until after documents are uploaded

What I’m trying to have happen is the “next steps” button to not appear until after both document upload buttons are full. I have the current conditions on it as the second screenshot.

Truly I am an absolute newbie to this and would greatly appreciate any and all help thank you so much!!!

You might need to combine both of those conditions into one “When” block, by using the “and” operator.
