Can I change digit type with dropdown?

Hi,

I tried to change number by using Dropdown, but how I understood I can’t give digit value with text value’s (I write that, like an options in dropdown)

Is there way to change digits with dropdown or that not possible?
And is there way to make keabord input in dropdown (to write you’re own option)?
