Can I create a project form to be sent to specfic users?

I’m working on a home maintenance application. Wondering how one can gather the information form the project form. And send that to a different user (like a contractor in our system) to see that information.

Attach the submitted data to current page’s contractor or parent group’s contractor.

Assuming you followed the basic tutorials this should help you forward.
