Trying to use a plug-in that I have downloaded, but the option wont allow it. The only option it brings up is download more plug-ins, but on the plug-ins tab, it shows I already have it.

Thats not the case, non paid plugins can be used by anyone. What plugin are you trying to use?
That’s what I thought too, Google contacts. I’m trying to add a button when clicked it will bring up users contact list to invite
