Crisp Chat Plugin Issues

Hello,

Anyone else having issues with the Crisp Chat plugin?

I have been using it for a couple of months and it still works fine on the original pages. However, the chat icon no longer appears on the bottom right corner of all the new pages I have created.

I’ve done the troubleshooting from their website. Still not able to get it to work. https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/the-chatbox-does-not-work-or-appear-on-my-website-7v450s/

Anyone has any hints on what the issue may be? I’m bit puzzled as the Plugin doesn’t require any actions from me and it is working on half the pages :confused:

Hi @A380,

I’m using Crisp on my app without any problems although I just installed the widget onto the website with the code provided and did not use the plugin here on Bubble. On another note on trying to debug it do you get any errors via the console?
