Can the workflow happen when my page is not open?

Hey guys

So I have one workflow that is set to run everytime on my admin page.

I need it to run actually everytime, but it’s running only everytime AND when the page is open.

Any ideas? =\

Have a look at “API Workflows” - which are “workflows not on a page”. They do what you want, as the answer is no.

In the first image I only want this to happen with the users that got 1 redemption and have the redeemed 1 set to NO

It was working while the workflow was on the admin page and it was open.

Do you thing it could work in the api workflows also?
